Tech savvy and improvement minded 7. WA PM Registration + Driver’s Licence Role Tasks: 1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties (SOR) 2. Advertise rental listings & conduct home opens 3. Process applications, complete tenant screening and prepare lease agreements 4. Collect rent, manage arrears, and handle bond lodgements in line with legislation 5. Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports and manage lease renewals 6. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors 7. Ensure compliance with state-based tenancy laws and regulations 8.
