Experienced Baristas Wanted for Full time Position Perth, WA Are you a passionate and experienced baristas with a flair for crafting exceptional coffee? We're have four bustling cafes with a position available at our Subiaco and Craigie venues and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are primarily seeking a full-time barista to contribute to our dynamic team. However, we are open to considering highly skilled part-time applicants as well. What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You must have a strong background as a barista, including a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation.
- Exceptional Skills: You can consistently produce high-quality coffee, with great latte art and a strong focus on efficiency and consistency during peak hours.
- Customer-Focused: You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with customers. You can take orders accurately and handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Team Player: You're reliable and willing to work as part of a close-knit team, helping with other cafe duties as needed (e.g., cleaning, stocking, and food preparation). What We Offer:
