- Seeking a person with a passion for working with older people About the role and where you will be working We are looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting our residents at Jerimiah Donovan House in Forrestfield and Villa Pelletier in West Leederville. This is a part‑time role of 3 days a week. As an OT at Southern Cross Care WA, you will have a passion for working in partnership with older people and for developing and delivering person centred therapeutic programmes. We are looking for someone with a proven skillset and experience to support our valued residents. Responsibilities
- Assess and deliver high‑quality OT services to our residents
- Lead and assist staff to deliver activity and therapy programmes
- Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents
- Contribute to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
- Comply with Allied Health and Workplace Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe work practices Qualifications In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist. You will also need a strong commitment to person‑centred care and be able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, you have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives. Benefits
