The successful applicant will embody the organisation's values and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to support strategic objectives and operational excellence. You will provide high‑level administrative leadership and advice to the CFO, Executive, and Senior Leadership teams, while ensuring workforce wellbeing, consumer experience, community outcomes, and safety remain central to all decision‑making and service delivery. This is a fantastic senior leadership opportunity to contribute to high‑quality healthcare services within our beautiful rural communities.
