Second to None Carpentry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Carpentry Apprentice to join our team in Sunbury, Victoria. As a Carpentry Apprentice, you will have the prospect to learn the trade from experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and qualifications while contributing to the success of our growing business. This is a full-time role, providing the perfect foundation for a rewarding career in the carpentry industry.

Most work ranges from the northern suburbs to the western suburbs.

What you'll be doing Assist experienced carpenters with the construction and installation, of a variety of house frames Learn how to read and interpret construction plans Develop proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, machinery, and other carpentry equipment Maintain a secure and organised work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures Assist with site cleanup and the transportation of materials and tools as needed

What we're looking for Robust interest and enthusiasm for a career in carpentry Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently Willingness to learn and a commitment to developing your skills Physical fitness and stamina to perform the physical requirements of the role A valid driver's license and own reliable form of transportation is essential
