**About the Role**

As a BDM in Property Management, you’ll focus on **growing our rental portfolio** through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and expert knowledge of the local rental market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive new property management business through prospecting and networking
- Convert landlord enquiries into signed management agreements
- Deliver compelling listing presentations and tailored marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and referral partners
- Stay current on rental trends and market conditions
- Represent LJ Hooker Sunbury with professionalism at all times

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven success in real estate or business development (property management experience highly regarded)
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive for results
- Robust time management and organisational abilities
- A current driver’s licence and vehicle
- Availability to work Saturdays as required
