- Design and implement a stimulating, play-based curriculum aligned with EYLF and Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect framework
- Mentor and support educators within your room to achieve excellence in practice
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team
- Create engaging environments that foster creativity, curiosity, and confidence About You
- Minimum 2 years experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- VIT Registration (Provisional or Full)
- Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, and curriculum planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
