Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales via field promotions at shopping centres, street stalls and community events

Present product features, demonstrate usage and communicate current promotions

Proactively identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions and close sales

Set up promotional booths, distribute marketing materials and gather customer feedback

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets; report regularly on performance

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in field or in-store sales, marketing promotions or similar customer-facing roles

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently under a casual/temporary schedule

Strong resilience, adaptability to outdoor work and a collaborative team spirit
