Based in Eight Mile Plains, this is a genuine Monday-Friday position with no travel, no FIFO, and no site grind — just exciting civil infrastructure projects, strong leadership, and serious career progression within one of Australia's fastest-growing contractors. The Opportunity Working within Symal's growing pre-construction team, you'll lead the full tender lifecycle on major civil projects typically valued at $20M+. This role is ideal for someone with solid project delivery experience who understands how projects are built — and now wants to apply that knowledge in a strategic, office-based environment. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, and delivery teams to shape winning tenders and influence the future pipeline of work. Your Day-to-Day
• Lead end-to-end tender preparation and submissions
• Develop methodologies, programs, and cost plans
• Assess project risks and identify opportunities
• Drive subcontractor engagement and pricing strategy
• Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams
• Present tenders and attend client discussions
• Mentor junior estimators and support team growth
