- we’re about helping customers build homes they’ll love. We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Store Manager** to join our **Macgregor** team and inspire greatness every day! **_This is a temporary 12 months contract, covering for Maternity Leave._**

**What you’ll do**:

- **Lead & Inspire**: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Drive Success**: Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
- **Customer Focus**: Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
- **Grow & Develop**: Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
- **Implement & Adhere to Policies**: Efficiently implement and uphold business procedures and policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Leadership experience**: A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.
- **Retail expertise**: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
- **Sales-driven**: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer-focused**: Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.
- **Team player**: Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.
- **Availability & flexibility**: Willingness to work weekends and peak trading periods.
- **Physical capability**: Ability to lift and safely handle furniture up to 20kg as required.
