JJK Painting is a growing family commercial painting business who are looking to to employ a reliable Book Keeper/Administration officer to join our team in South Brisbane. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years experience in administration support, book keeping and or accounting and enjoys working within a small energetic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- but are not limited to: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll processing & reporting Reconciliations Project Cost Tracking General Administration
Skills Required: Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable and payroll functions XERO proficient Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) A minimum 5 Years experience in a similar role Tertiary qualifications in Accounting & or Book Keeping Invoicing & retention experience an advantage Knowledge of Project Costing software an advantage but not a requirement Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks A cooperative spirit and willingness to support a small team Professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
