General Labourer – Factory Environment Location: Kunda Park, QLD Positions Available: 4 Employment Type: Casual (3-month trial) with opportunity for full-time Start Date: Immediate About Us At Sunshine Powder Coatings, we are a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years of industry experience. About the Role This is a hands-on role within a busy factory environment. You’ll be working as part of a supportive team while also being capable of working independently when required. The role involves a variety of general labouring and production support duties to help keep operations running efficiently. Key Duties
- Loading and unloading materials
- Racking and unracking parts for processing
- Cleaning and maintaining general factory areas
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Assisting tradespeople and production staff as required About You
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and long periods of standing
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humour and strong team mentality What We Offer
- Two shift options:
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Monday to Friday only – no weekends
- Occasional overtime available
- Pay rates in line with the Manufacturing and Associated Industries Award
- Uniform shirts supplied
