Production Team Member (Mons)

What You’ll Do You’ll help manufacture high‑quality timber and metal doors for commercial and residential projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Assembling and adjusting components using hand and power tools
- Operating machinery such as Beam Saws, CNC Routers, Edge Banders, Brake Presses, Turrets, and Laser Cutters
- Fitting components accurately based on job orders
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Fabricating profiles using bending and cutting machines
- Identifying material types
- Working to hourly targets and KPIs
- Conducting quality checks on your own work You’ll also:
- Report defective goods
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Keep your work area clean and safe What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a workshop or manufacturing workplace (factory, production, assembly, or fabrication)
- Ability to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square
- Comfortable using power tools
- Reliable, team player, and able to work independently
