Job Opportunity: Medical Receptionist in Buderim Private Hospital 

Our clinic in Buderim is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.

The role is a full-time position working Monday

Friday, between the core hours of 6:30am-9pm.

Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and other customers.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our 6:30 AM to 9 PM business hours.

Key Qualifications:

Clear verbal and written communication skills.
