**Administration Officer
- Immanuel Gardens Aged Care (Buderim)**

We’re looking for an experienced **Administration Officer** to support our team at **Immanuel Gardens**. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support residents and families, and help our service deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate with clients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of services.

**_Employment Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday_** **_$28.11
- $31.14 ph + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits_**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide high-quality customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support the Service Manager with travel bookings, meetings, and outbreak management registers.
- Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information. Maintain records and assist with staff coordination and communication.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous administration experience, ideally in aged care or health.
- Robust organisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- **NDIS Worker Screening** clearance and valid Police Check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
