**Location**: Sunshine Coast, QLD **Type**: Casual / Full-time **Pay**: Commission per booking

**We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Co-Host to join our growing team, helping to manage a portfolio of beautiful short-term holiday homes.**

This is a hands-on, guest-focused role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conducting pre-arrival/ final inspections of properties before guest arrival
- Ensuring properties are styled and presented to a high standard
- Managing guests from booking confirmation to checkout
- Providing timely guest communication and support throughout stays
- Restocking guest amenities and reporting maintenance issues
- Coordinating with cleaners, linen runners, and other team members

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Flexibility
- weekend and holiday availability
- A proactive and friendly attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Prior hospitality, Airbnb, or property experience is a bonus but not essential

This is a versatile, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a supportive, family-run team that values quality, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
