Position Title: Office Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Workshop Owner / Director Position Overview: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow coordination, financial administration, supplier management and overall business support. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, including workflow scheduling and administrative processes.
- Manage financial administration including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate procurement of parts, tyres and workshop supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled services.
- Maintain and control business records, service documentation and financial data.
- Liaise with workshop staff and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements to administrative processes. Requirements:
- AQF Diploma in Business or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.
