**The Opportunity**
Join our dynamic team in the Academic Support Unit (ASU) and make an impact across UniSC! You’ll provide crucial project management and communications support, support strategic initiatives, and create compelling content. Your role will include coordinating activities to enhance staff engagement with ASU’s priorities, managing projects to advance business goals, improve processes, and ensure governance and compliance. **You will**
- design, develop and implement allocated projects, while engaging with key stakeholders across ASU and UniSC to achieve project objectives.
- create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, ensuring standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- deliver staff communication to support strategic priorities and initiatives, ensuring the messaging promotes behaviour in line with the University and ASU values.
**About you**
You have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to write with clarity and precision. Your exceptional organisational skills, including time management, enable you to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, and handle high volumes of work, even as priorities shift. Additionally, you're highly skilled in using the Microsoft 365 suite, making you well-prepared to excel in this role.
**You will possess**:
- completion of a degree in communication, business or equivalent, combined with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent experience and/or education/training in the industry;
- sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in contemporary project management, communication and administration principles within a large, complex organisation; and
- knowledge of or experience in the Australian higher education sector is desirable, but not essential.
