**About our Opportunity**

As a valued Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral team member supporting the day-to-day activities of our on-road sales and customer service teams. You will be part of a professional, close-knit team that strives to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing construction and residential customers.

**About You**

We’re looking for a customer-focused team player with previous customer service experience who is comfortable talking to and assisting a range of customers over the phone. We will of course provide you with all the training needed to thrive in this wide-ranging and rewarding role.

You will also be:

- highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
- able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
- ability to commit to Mon-Fri 8:00 am
- 4:00 pm
