We are currently seeking a warm, organised and proactive **Administration Assistant** to join our vibrant campus team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first friendly face families and visitors see each day
- Support the Campus Director with daily administration tasks
- Maintain accurate records, compliance, and enrolment documentation
- Assist with rostering, communications, and basic finance tasks
- Help coordinate campus events and support current family onboarding
- Contribute to the smooth running of a campus where children thrive

**About You**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in education or childcare
- Childcare background is a bonus and highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, professional, and child-friendly demeanour
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative software
