Vision Solutions Glass & Aluminium is searching for a Factory Hand/Delivery Driver to join the team on a full-time basis. Join the Vision Solutions team and contribute to continuing to lead the way with our quality customer experience and products.

Within the role, you will be responsible for:

- Assist in the production and assembly of glass and aluminium windows and doors
- Operate factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required
- Handle unpacking, loading, and deliveries of materials and products
- Load, secure, and deliver aluminium windows and doors to customers and job sites.
- Ensure goods are handled and transported safely to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and presentable company vehicle.
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate effectively with our admin team.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Assist with unloading and proper placement of goods at delivery sites, when required.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, delivery issues, or customer concerns promptly.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies related to safety and driving.

**About You**
- A current open manual driver's licence
- Previous experience in delivery driving, preferably in construction materials or glazing products.
- Ability to lift and manoeuver heavy and large items safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of delivery paperwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Other beneficial experience you may have (not required):

- Manufactory experience of AWS sections & products
- Knowledge of construction site protocols.
- Experience handling fragile goods or materials.
- Forklift Licence
- LF Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00
- $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (required)
