We are seeking multiple talented and dedicated Graduate Civil Engineers with 0-3 years working experience to join our experienced team located in either Cairns CBD or our Buderim, Sunshine Coast Head Office. The Role We are looking for 2 x Full-Time Graduate Civil Engineers who will be based in either our Cairns office or Sunshine Coast Office working 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting project objectives, ensuring successful delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Maintain adherence to QA and WHS requirements, ensuring project safety and quality standards are met.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and administering a diverse range of construction contracts.
- Effectively manage your workload, working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Qualifications and Experience: Mandatory
- A four-year, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer/phone literacy.
- Australian Driver’s licence with no restrictions or recent disqualifications.
- A proactive, can-do individual who thrives on taking initiative and getting things done. Desirable:

- The ability to travel to site when required
- Some experience working on projects with roads, earthworks, retaining, and drainage structures.
- An understanding of local council and state government standards.
- Previous involvement in local government projects is highly valued by not mandatory.
