PELLEGRINO 2000 is looking for an experienced bartender, Surry Hills

Pellegrino 2000, a restaurant by Chefs Dan Pepperell, Mikey Clift, and sommelier Andy Tyson, is on the lookout for an experienced bartender to join the team. Located on the corner of Campbell Street & Foster in Surry Hills, the restaurant draws inspiration from the neighbourhood trattorias of Rome and Florence, where classic dishes are prepared with deep respect for tradition and technique, but brought to life with a fresh energy.
Since opening in early 2022, Pellegrino has quickly established itself as a destination restaurant, earning Delicious’s No.1 restaurant in NSW and a chef’s hat (15.5/20) in the Good Food Guide.

About the role:

This role goes beyond drink-making. Our bar is also a dining counter, and you'll be responsible for looking after guests seated there, handling both their food and beverage service from start to finish.
You’ll always be working alongside another team member behind the bar, sharing the responsibility of guest-facing service. Strong technical skills, clear communication, and genuine hospitality are all essential.

RSA Required.

For temporary visa holders 6+ months left.

A trial shift is required.

30-40 weekly hours are available for the right candidate.
