Our Assistant Managers support the Site Manager in many aspects of Service Station/Convenience Store operations and provide practical guidance, leadership and inspiration to their teams on a daily basis. Furthermore, no two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable with change and dynamic enough to deal with any challenge.

You will be responsible for:

Provide excellent customer service.

Supporting the Site Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.

Controlling store incomes and expenses.

Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, stacking shelves, merchandising, ordering and maintaining Brand standards.

Assist in the training and development of individual store team members.

Ensuring a safe environment at all times for both staff and customers.

Assisting with staff planning and rostering.

Relieving the Site Manager as and when required.

Pay: $60,000.00
- $67,000.00 per year
