**The Opportunity**

Are you an experienced Architectural Draftsperson looking for your next challenge? We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team, focusing on detailed architectural and customized fit-out drawings. This is a full-time position starting in August/September 2025, offering a competitive salary and the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment.

**What You'll Do**

As our Architectural Draftsperson, you'll be instrumental in bringing our designs to life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and reviewing detailed architectural and fit-out drawings for accommodation, joinery, and other customized projects, from initial concept to working drawings and specifications.
- Preparing high-quality presentation materials and comprehensive product documentation.
- Collaborating closely with our design, estimating, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Working closely with project teams, clients, and architects in the field to gather requirements, conduct site visits, and ensure drawings accurately reflect on-site conditions.
- Utilizing our proprietary project management system to streamline workflows.

**What You'll Bring**

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with:

- A degree in Architecture (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably with a focus on full fit-outs and/or customized furniture.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino 3D.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- The ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
