We are currently seeking a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Production Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and experienced in wholesale sales support, administration, and production coordination. About the Role In this varied role, you will support the Brand Manager across day-to-day administration operations. Your robust attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask will help ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager with daily operational tasks
- Manage wholesale order processing from entry through to delivery
- Liaise with production team to ensure smooth development and sampling
- Follow up on production timelines, shipment schedules, and deliveries
- Assist with wholesale sales administration and coordination
- Maintain accurate customer records, costing details, and data entry

Skills & Experience
- 6–12 months experience in administration or sales support
- Previous wholesale fashion or production experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Indigo 8 system or Adobe programs is an advantage
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
