Customer Success Architect (Surry Hills)

Job Summary Cortex Customer Success Architects empower clients to prevent cyberattacks, simplify and strengthen security processes, automate and streamline security operations and attack surface management. Architects work as highly technical professionals with customers, partners, and colleagues. Your Impact
- Provide guidance and assistance to enable effective customer deployment and customization of the XDR/XSIAM platform throughout the lifecycle for quick adoption.
- Act as product SME, assisting customers with product questions and technical requirements, writing scripts, troubleshooting, training, and other requests.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customers and partners maximize product value.
- Translate technical knowledge into articles and guides enabling customers to self‑serve and allowing coverage to scale. Qualifications
- Experience developing and maintaining scripts in Python; JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus.
- Experience with security design and architecture, content development and workload automation.
- Experienced with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW and their ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure.
- Knowledge of attack surface management is a plus.
- Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
- Customer‑facing role experience is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
