**About You**: Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual? Join our exceptional sales team to raise funds for deserving charities by selling raffle tickets over the phone. We seek self-motivated, outgoing and engaging communicators.

**Role Requirements**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales experience in cold/warm calling preferred
- KPI-driven
- Fluent English speaker
- Competent typing and computer skills
- Minimum 3 full shifts rostered per week.
- Resilient, positive attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic
- Must reside in Sydney and be able to travel to our Surry Hills office
- Be able to complete 2-week paid training schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:30am
- 4:00pm)

**Your Role**:

- Receive comprehensive training and support for cold & warm calling on behalf of charities.
- Fundraise by building rapport and customizing each pitch to suit the needs of supporters.
- Empower supporters to make a difference by purchasing raffle tickets.
- Meet performance KPIs.
- Implement feedback from coaching and sales development.
- Daily team briefings and regular one-on-one catchups.
