Minimum two years’ experience working as a sommelier in a fine dining environment. Confident carrying three plates and operating efficiently on the floor. Solid communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and engaging with guests. A passion for food, wine and cocktails. Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A collaborative team player who is invested in personal development and contributing to the success of the wider team. Full Australian working rights are required.
