In this energetic and engaging role based in Head Office, you will bring the GYG culture to life, providing high-quality guest experiences, managing and resolving guest enquiries. It is a highly cooperative role which requires building and maintaining positive relationships on behalf of the brand with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to, Guests, Franchisees, Crew members & Guest Experience team.
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this role will see you assisting in a diverse range of Guest Experience activities from administrative and general support for the Guest Experience team, to assuming ownership and managing all aspects of assigned project based work.
This role will suit an individual that is passionate about Guest Experience, and is motivated to promote GYG's values and display energy and enthusiasm for the unique brand.
We are looking to fill both fulltime and casual positions.
**To be successful in this role, you should have/be**:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and positive attitude to working within a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
- A positive, professional team player with a pleasant disposition and a can-do attitude
- Highly energetic and motivated self-starter, with strong initiative, a solid work ethic, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously and meet all deadlines
- Ability to communicate and articulate in line with GYG’s brand message
- Positive planning, organising and problem solving skills
- Ability to accurately record information and process enquiries in a timely manner
- Strong computer/IT acumen
