Location North Sydney Job Type Full‑time; 12‑month maternity leave cover About the Job We are seeking a Virtual Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to join our team based in North Sydney (hybrid: three to four days in office, one to two from home). This role partners closely with Business Development Managers to drive growth across NSW, Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive outbound sales activity, executing high‑volume calling to grow and develop a defined list of accounts.
- Deliver virtual product detailing, customer training sessions, and group education where required.
- Prioritise and segment a large account list using structured planning and strong Excel skills.
- Manage lead generation, pipeline progression, and follow‑up activity to maximise territory growth.
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to ensure seamless customer support during leave periods and field coverage gaps. Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally inside sales or tele‑sales, with strong capability in cold outreach.
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage a large account portfolio.
- Confident, clear, and concise communication skills; comfortable engaging customers all day over the phone.
- Strong Excel capability for list segmentation and sales planning; CRM experience (Veeva) is advantageous.
- Passionate, driven attitude with a strong sales mindset and ability to build rapport virtually. What We Offer in Return
