We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Production Operator to join our team in Boundary Bend, VIC.

In This Role, You Will

Operate blending equipment and vessels

Receive raw materials

Load and dispatch bulk and packaged fertiliser from our EASY Liquids plant

Key Responsibilities

Help maintain a safe workplace (zero‑harm mindset)

Load and unload trucks

Use a forklift to load products into mixers/hoppers

Operate batch controls and handle various raw materials

Complete basic quality checks

Accurately complete delivery paperwork

Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained

The Key Skills Required For This Role Include

Current Australian Driver Licence

Forklift (LF) licence – desirable (training can be supported)

Able to obtain a security clearance/security sensitive explosives licence

Able to work day‑shifts and overtime as required

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit for manual, repetitive tasks

Reliable and keen to learn

Basic computer skills

Open to applicants with unrestricted Australian work rights only. The successful candidate will also complete standard work‑ready checks (including drug and alcohol testing).
