In this role, you will:
- Operate blending equipment and vessels

- Help maintain a secure workplace (zero-harm mindset)
- Load and unload trucks
- Use a forklift to load products into mixers/hoppers
- Operate batch controls and handle various raw materials
- Complete basic quality checks
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained The key skills required for this role include:
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Forklift (LF) licence – desirable (training can be supported)
- Able to obtain a security clearance/security sensitive explosives licence
- Able to work day‑shifts and overtime as required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit for manual, repetitive tasks
- Reliable and keen to learn
