We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate our brand presence across digital and retail platforms.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on storytelling, visuals, and brand identity that reflect the company’s heritage and craftsmanship.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies for the website and blog, including product spotlights, customer stories, and educational pieces about Persian carpets.
• Keep all marketing collateral (brochures, digital banners, signage, etc.) updated, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations) to reach new customers and retarget existing ones.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics and Meta insights to assess return on investment (ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Design and distribute customer newsletters and promotional emails featuring new arrivals, offers, and cultural insights related to Persian art and design.
• Manage customer engagement and loyalty programs, encouraging repeat purchases and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video content production, including store tours, customer testimonials, and product demonstrations.
• Liaise with external digital marketing agencies, photographers, and designers when necessary to ensure quality output.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential product lines, and customer preferences.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and positioning to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Prepare comprehensive marketing performance reports for management review.
• End-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns to promote Persian Carpet Gallery’s range of traditional and modern carpets, rugs, and home décor products across retail stores and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, online engagement, and in-store traffic.
• Analyse consumer trends, sales data, and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
• Oversee and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
• A relevant degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign development.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for in-house design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva for fast-turnaround visual content creation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce CMS platforms (such as Shopify or WooCommerce).
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, social media advertising, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed, results-driven marketing decisions.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills to promote the artistic and cultural value of Persian carpets.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively, taking full ownership of campaigns from concept to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and external agencies.
• Creativity and adaptability to work in a dynamic retail and online environment.
• Willingness to work hands-on to support both in-store promotional activities and digital marketing initiatives.
• Full-time commitment to office-based work and occasional travel between store locations.
