Caringbah Part Time Nanny (2days Per Week) (Sydney)

Start date: Mid -Late July

- Pay: $40-45 per hour depending on experience

A professional family in Caringbah, NSW are seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to assist in the care of their 8 month old baby boy.

**The days and normal hours are:

- 2 days
- 24 hours per week**

Monday 6.30am
- 6.30pm

Wednesday 6.30am
- 6.30pm

An ideal nanny would be warm, calm and responsive. A nanny that is also friendly, happy and interested to actively engage in indoor and outdoors activities with the baby which will aid in his growth and development.

The family is looking for someone who is organised, trustworthy, responsible and reliable and is able to care for the baby throughout the day and follow routines.

Prior experience/professional qualifications working with young babies is highly advantageous for this role.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the baby
- Follow the baby’s routine
- Play and engage age appropriate activities to assist in the baby’s development.
- Take the baby out for walks/to the park /playground etc
- General tidying up after the baby

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualification preferred
- Young baby experience
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working with Children’s check
- Display robust communication skills and speak English.
