- 12-Hour Rotating Roster Experienced Manufacturing & Machine Operators Wanted – 12hr Rotating Roster We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators to join a busy production environment offering long-term opportunities, structured training, and excellent work-life balance through a rotating 12-hour roster. This role is best suited to candidates with previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
- Location: South Windsor
- Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate

- 2 Days / 2 Nights / 5 Days Off
- 2 Days / 3 Nights / 4 Days Off

- Monitoring machine performance and production output
- Recording production data accurately using systems/software
- Assembling water filtration components with attention to detail
- Manual handling and repetitive production work
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the production floor
- Supporting multiple areas of production as required
- Working toward daily production and quality KPIs What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Machine operating experience within an industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn recent processes
- Good attention to detail and quality focus
- Reliable transport and ability to commit to rotating day/night shifts
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude toward teamwork and safety While training is provided, candidates with manufacturing and machine operation backgrounds will be highly regarded. You’ll receive hands‑on training across machinery, systems, and site procedures within a supportive team environment.
