- Duties
- Friendly skilled in Forest Lodge are looking for a nanny for 18 hours a week to help care for G6 who will start school this year.
- The family are flexible in terms of the days that you do but we would be looking for someone who can help in the afternoons 3-4 days a week. G6 has a disability and will start with short days at school but moving to longer days as the term progresses. Happy to commit to set hours and days and work out something that can suit everyone. School is a short walk away (5 minutes) so it would be collecting her and entertaining her for the afternoon, it may also include taking her to therapy appointments once those are scheduled.
- She is lots of fun and a real character and the happiest little 6 year old you will ever meet. She loves to dance, read and is really empathetic. We live to hear her little giggle as it is the best sound in the world. We can share more about her specific needs if this appeals but would suit someone who has experience working with children with disabilities in the past. An ASAP start is desirable as he family are happy for you to get to know their daughter and spend some time with the family and to learn the ropes and maybe even have a day or two with her current nanny. Their current nanny picks up extra holiday hours so it would suit someone who is keen to pick up extra days at those times as well in addition to the regular 18 hours a week. Also opportunity for additional hours when dad travels for work.
