Assistant Project Manager – Insurance Due Diligence We are seeking a driven insurance professional to join our expanding M&A; team, which provides insurance advisory services to support Merger & Acquisition activity in the Asia Pacific region. The community we support primarily consists of Private Equity, Fund Managers, Large Corporate Clients and Investment Banks on both the buy-side and sell-side of M&A; transactions, as well as support in connection with major infrastructure projects. - Assist the Project Managers with M&A; insurance advisory in the delivery of due diligence projects;
- Work with Private Equity, Corporate clients and their advisors on insurance related issues associated with the transaction;
- Coordinate with Aon colleagues to provide technical insurance input on insurance coverage (existing and recommended program design), claims history, and review of key contractual agreements to develop Insurance Due Diligence reports;
- Assist with the development and delivery of new client proposals, presentations and due diligence reports; and

- Insurance Broking and/or Underwriting experience in the supporting and/or servicing of Corporate or Infrastructure portfolio of clients;
- Project management and/or effective time management expertise in order to prioritise and manage competing deadlines;
- Some experience reviewing insurance requirements within contractual agreements for clients;
- Strong communication skills in order to manage various stakeholders, clients and report writing;
- Solid insurance technical knowledge across a broad range of general insurance classes.
