We are on the search for an experienced Product Manager to make an impact and bring their dynamic skills to our team. This is a permanent full-time position based in North Sydney or Brisbane. This is your opportunity to take lead and define the vision and roadmap for our products, ensuring the product strategy is aligned with our business units across Australia and New Zealand. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading effective and productive strategies into specific product features, prioritization and management of successful product releases. You’ll work collaboratively to develop and set a clear direction for the nominated product across the Cover-More Group with key focus on delivering against a core product vision of More Care, More Cover, For All, enabling customers to ‘Worry Less” You’ll work with our development team and key internal stakeholders to translate the product vision, created based on extensive customer and competitor insight and alignment to overall business objectives. On this basis then creating a product strategy and roadmap that delivers against a set of clearly defined customer and commercial KPIs You’ll be the voice of the customer for the product, mapping customer journeys and personas, working to deeply understand customer requests and uncover unmet needs You’ll develop a Product Management competency across the Cover-More group to share best practices approaches and help build a culture of customer centric approach to product development You’ll directly manage junior Product Managers within the group to develop their skills, provide ongoing guidance and professional development opportunities And what are we looking for? - You’ll have demonstrable and substantial experience in leading and managing Product Development Roadmaps and teams You’ll have extensive experience as a Product Manager within a business working on customer experience, web product and/or Digital App web product development. You’ll have strong understanding of the use of both qualitative and quantitative methods of analytics and the benefits and times where you would use these. You’ll have experience working inside a growing digital company, requiring agile planning and rapid prioritisation of the product development roadmap and enhancements and know when and how to pivot You’ll have prior experience working in an Agile environment, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement So, why choose us?
