Medical Receptionist - 2-3 Days Per Week (Sydney)

Our client, a leading cardiology practice has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join their vibrant and friendly environment.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be supporting a team of doctors and your key responsibilities will be:

- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients and providing a first class service
- Booking appointments and procedures for a team of doctors
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Ordering of office supplies
- Scanning files

To be successful you will have the following skills/attributes:

- Prior Medical reception experience
- Knowledge of **Genie **advantageous
- Medical terminology and typing preferred
- Experience in Windows (Microsoft Word & Outlook)
- High level organisational skills
- High level customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- An excellent phone manner
- Commitment to patient care
