Sydney, Full-time Our NSW practice is currently looking to recruit a committed, career minded full time Paralegal who is eager to learn, develop their skills and grow their knowledge. About the Role An outstanding prospect exists to join us as a Paralegal within our Insurance Litigation team. This role may suit someone who prefers not to practice law but has an interest in furthering their skills in a legal environment. You may have a legal qualification, but this is not necessary to excel in this role. You may have excellent admin skills that you want to grow and develop further. Our NSW practice is growing, maintains a busy workload and is a friendly, supportive environment. This role promises to be varied and challenging with real growth and progression prospects within our organisation for the right individual. It would suit an individual who would like a real opportunity to grow their Paralegal skills. The work will be in the settlements and recoveries team focusing on motor vehicle claims. This is a permanent full-time role in our Sydney office but operating nationally. About You Successful candidates will need to have the following:

- Organisation and time management skills
- An ability to communicate in writing and orally with insureds, third parties, Courts, and other solicitors and paralegals
- A desire to think strategically and negotiate with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
