You’ll be the go‑to partner for our warehouse, transport, and operations teams, building a culture where safety, wellbeing, and teamwork drive everything we do. Deliver programs that support mental health, physical fitness, and overall workplace wellness — designed for the unique demands of logistics. Bring people with you. Run engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns that actually stick. Problem‑solve and improve. Investigate incidents, uncover causes, and implement practical solutions that make an immediate impact. Keep us accountable. - Relevant Experience : With 3+ years in a similar role, candidates should have a basic understanding of HSEW responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
- Certifications : A minimum of a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety is required, tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry or similar environments. You’ll join a collaborative, hands‑on team where safety truly drives success.
