We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. Role: Casual Educator We are looking for a Casual Educator to work in North Sydney and Cammeray. This role offers flexible shifts and a chance to make a real difference in children's lives. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a supportive team to deliver high‑quality OSHC services.
- Engage children in hands‑on learning and creative activities with children aged 5–12.
- Support children and parents, maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Adapt to varying shifts and be ready to start at 7:00 am or 2:30 pm. Shifts
- 7:00 am – 9:00 am (Before School Care)
- 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm (After School Care)
- Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays Preferred Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in before and after school care or education, although not essential.
- Passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
- Strong communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
- Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT).
- Preferably holds an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Mandatory completion of National Child Safety Training through Geccko upon commencement. Benefits and Development
