The Role

Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑value liability claims from appointment through settlement

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Represent Crawford as a senior technical authority and visible market leader

Contribute to business development and the strategic growth of the practice

Demonstrate leadership potential with the aspiration and capability to progress into broader departmental or practice leadership

About You

Senior liability adjuster with 5–10+ years’ experience managing complex claims

Established and credible presence in the insurance market with strong skilled relationships

Proven leadership experience and clear aspiration to grow a high‑performing team

Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation highly desirable

Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
