About the opportunity

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics team, this temporary chance will support day-to-day freight, distribution and warehouse coordination activities across the business. You will work closely with internal sales, customer service and warehouse teams, along with external freight providers and 3PL partners, to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. This role plays an important part in maintaining service levels, inventory accuracy and smooth logistics operations while supporting ongoing business needs.

Duties

Coordinate freight and deliveries

Liaise with 3PL providers

Support inventory reconciliation

Monitor delivery performance

Resolve logistics discrepancies

Assist import/export coordination

Prepare KPI and reporting data

Support warehouse operations

Manage stakeholder communication

Assist continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience

Logistics coordination experience

Experience within healthcare would be an advantage

Experience working with consignment stock would be advantageous

Previous experience in working closely with 3PLs

SAP exposure preferred

Strong numerical accuracy

Excellent stakeholder communication
