- CNC Laser Plasma Day Afternoon Shift Location: Smithfield NSW Synaco has partnered with a highly respected manufacturer and processor of steel products, servicing the civil, construction, and industrial sectors.

Due to consistent growth, we are seeking Machine Operators with laser and kinetic machine experience to join their Smithfield -based team on Afternoon Shift Key Responsibilities Operating laser and Plasma cutting machines for steel processing Utilising overhead cranes to load and move steel materials Manual handling of products (up to 20kg) Maintaining protected work practices and general housekeeping Collaborating with a close knit team to meet production goals Essential Criteria Previous machine operating experience, especially with laser or Plasma machines Forklift Licence Overhead crane experience Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Reliable with solid work ethic and communication skills Own reliable transport (essential due to night shift hours) What We Offer Immediate start with consistent 40-hour work weeks Day Afternoon shift: Monday
