• Coach and mentor Centre Directors and leadership teams
• Support occupancy growth, centre performance, and team stability
• Oversee compliance, Assessment & Rating, and quality improvement
• Strengthen leadership capability and team engagement across centres
• Support daily operations, staffing, and centre performance
• Build strong relationships with families, teams, and stakeholders
• Work closely with leadership to support operational success across your portfolio About you You are a strong leader who understands both centre operations and people management. You are confident supporting multiple services and building positive relationships with Centre Directors and teams. You bring:
• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Senior Centre Director experience
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting occupancy and operational performance
• Confident coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and leadership capability
