- Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑value liability claims from appointment through settlement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- Represent Crawford as a senior technical authority and visible market leader
- Contribute to business development and the strategic growth of the practice
- Demonstrate leadership potential with the aspiration and capability to progress into broader departmental or practice leadership About You
- Senior liability adjuster with 5–10+ years’ experience managing complex claims
- Established and credible presence in the insurance market with solid professional relationships
- Proven leadership experience and clear aspiration to grow a high‑performing team
- Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation highly desirable
