Our Mortgages Tribe is responsible for driving the end-to-end performance of the mortgages business through development of a clear strategy; working collaboratively with all areas of the business to drive cross functional execution of this strategy. 7-10+ years of Australian mortgage experience Experience developing digital 'origination' strategies and roadmaps for mortgages. What you’ll do Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Credit Risk, Tech, and Mortgages) to enhance digital origination journeys. Work with Broker Sales to optimise performance, sales efficiency, and incentives based on feedback. Partner with the Direct Channel team to enhance short-term opportunities. Collaborate with Contact Centre, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to analyse key customer moments and feedback for continuous product, process, and service improvements. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or Commerce. 7-10+ years of mortgage product and distribution experience. Experience leading product and customer journey improvements, including digitisation initiatives. Prior proven end to end design, development and delivery of a digitisation origination journey. Ability to articulate strategy and set strategic direction, including prioritising initiatives. Excellent people leadership capability, focused on building engaged, purpose-driven teams and coaching experience with high-performing teams across locations. Ability to engage and inspire teams, thrive in an agile environment, and ensure positive customer outcomes. Extensive influencing, communication and feedback skills with diverse stakeholders (Credit Risk, Operations, Finance) and confident with CEO level and senior stakeholder management. Proven track record in managing complex issues and incident remediation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Proactive, results-oriented, and creative thinker with robust analytical skills. **Nice to have**: Experience with quantitative and qualitative research techniques. What’s in it for you ?
