Gardener (Subcontractor Position) (Sydney)

We are a family owned and run property maintenance business servicing commercial and residential clients (including those in the NDIS and Aged Care sector). We pride ourselves in looking after our team.

We are searching for **knowledgeable subcontractor gardeners** (with their own vehicle and equipment) to cater to the gardening needs of our many _NDIS _and _Aged Care_ clients all across Sydney.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Weeding.
- Trimming trees, shrubs & plants.
- Pruning trees, shrubs & plants.
- Lawn mowing.
- Caring for plants.

These tasks will require a **proficient level of fitness**, with no underlying injuries or health conditions that will hinder your ability to perform tasks.

They would also be **knowledgeable about gardening** itself, and able to **converse with clients effectively** and ultimately provide them with tips and practices on maintaining their garden.

You will often become what our clients consider a member of their family, so trust is a huge factor.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
